I would like to rate more than 5 for the staff courtesy and doctor behaviour. The overall process in this eye institute for a cataract surgery is recommendable. I would like to thank the person who sits/handles the insurance policy for cashless benefit. I travelled 200 KM to reach to the hospital for my mother's surgery hence visiting every day would be difficult so on the check up day they asked me visit 3 days prior to surgery for the documentation and I have shared my problem with that person on the same day. He listened to me and helped me beyond his normal office hours to initiate the process on the same day with the available document which I have. Later I shared all the required documents online with him. Entire process has been completed without any constraint and issues. Thank you Himalayan Team and I will definitely recommend others. My and my family's experience at HEI was very nice. Their service are very professional. The equipments are of advanced technology. The doctors are experts in their own field and very empathetic. The staff are friendly and cooperative. The spectacles and medicines are also available under the same roof. The spectacles are of the latest design.
